I can offer you a safe space to understand your life, often with a view to helping you make choices to improve your situation, crisis, thoughts, feelings or behaviour, through a warm and caring approach to our counselling sessions. I am an experienced and accredited Counsellor having trained on a BACP Accredited course and have full clinical membership of the UKCP. I have a Post Graduate Diploma and a Masters in Psychotherapy (equivalent to level 7.)
