Video call sessions may be short term - long term - therapy sessions. The choice is entirely yours. Once you book a counselling session with myself there is no commitment for further sessions unless you choose to carry on the work we have managed to do so far.
I realise that finding the time to talk about your issues can be difficut for so many of you, where your ongoing life commitments consume so much of your time and energy. But it can be worth it, and video calls are often a convenient way to benefit from therapy.
There is no need to leave the comfort of your home. For those unable or less able to attend my face to face practice, it offers a realistic solution to getting you the help you need.
I currently offer Zoom, FaceTime, Skype and Messenger video calls.
With video call counselling and psychotherapy sessions you talk with me as in one to one face to face therapy sessions. You simply connect with me online at a pre arranged date and time from wherever you choose.
Your sessions with me give you the space to talk about your situation, crisis, thoughts and feelings. Your online sessions can help you to understand these better which can enhance your overall quality of life.
