In relation to personal therapy sessions that are on a one to one basis, any personal information, case notes, paper format within 7 years of the last therapy session. Any information relating to accounts, eg booking payments and receipts, will be kept for 7 years and all other information will be kept based on the minimum retention periods required by law or regulations. Personal information on electronic devices will be permenantly deleted after the final therapy session.
